Our Mission
Future Unchained is a global youth-led anti-human trafficking nonprofit founded in 2019 in California, USA. In the past four years, we have hosted countless offline and online workshops, collaborating with organizations such as creating student-produced films, CNN Freedom Project and Journey Out. Starting in 2021, Future Unchained took its steps to expand globally, first to Toronto, Canada, then to Europe, Asia… We also partner with other adult anti-human trafficking organizations around the world to provide services to victims of sexual exploitation or labor trafficking.

What is Human Trafficking?
Human trafficking is an atrocious form of modern-day slavery that has plagued society for decades. A term that envelopes both sex and labor trafficking, human trafficking forcefully and psychologically deprives the human rights of more than 40 million men, women, and children globally. Sex trafficking alone generates a stunning $99 million per year in the world, making human trafficking one of the fastest-growing crimes.
